Symbion™ ships UPS Ground (2-3 days) or USPS (2-3 days). No replacements on non-delivered orders via USPS. Free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $100.

International Orders:

At this time, Symbion™ is only accepting US orders.

Returns Policy:

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you decide to return Symbion™, you may return it within 60 days from the first order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping. Limit 2 bottles per household, please.

Simply describe the reason for your return on the back of the invoice and send it back to us with the bottles. The bottles and invoice must accompany all returns.

It is recommended that you send all returns back via UPS (it's faster and safer). Customer is responsible for paying return postage. There will be no credits or refunds for returned shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges. No credits or refunds for any merchandise more than 60 days after first purchase. No credits or refunds for forwarding shipping charges.
