Returns Policy:
Note: Charges and credits will show up on your credit card statement as from "Pharmabiotix". We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you decide to return Symbion™, you may return it within 60 days from the first order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping. Limit 2 bottles per household, please.
Simply describe the reason for your return on the back of the invoice and send it back to us with the bottles. The bottles and invoice must accompany all returns.

It is recommended that you send all returns back via UPS or Fed Ex (it's faster and safer). Customer is responsible for paying return postage. There will be no credits or refunds for returned shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges.
